I am a Yoga Alliance registered yoga teacher (RYT-200) and Integrative Nutrition Health Coach (Institute of Integrative Nutrition).
As a yoga instructor, I guide students through a seamless flow of asanas to increase strength, flexibility and create space in the body, supporting the student to feel balanced, grounded and spiritually nourished.
I offer a judgment-free zone, encouraging students to embrace, honor and connect with their life force energy through movement of the body and the breath.
As a health coach, I educate clients to achieve health goals with lifestyle and behavior modifications. I follow a philosophy of bio-individuality because there is no "one size fits all" approach to life. This allows me and the client to implement sustainable changes to increase and improve one's overall health.
